Staff were amazing and the hotel was stunning, locals say it's the best hotel in Mojácar.

Wonderful

They were very friendly and the bar staff was excellent if you need kettle or iron you just ask at reception and you got it also the TV was spanish but ask at reception and in minutes the bloke came and changed cable and showed us how to change spanish channels into English also at reception they gave you a map of area and bus time table so you need to ask.nice touch at breakfast was the cava free so you can help yourself I would recommend this hotel

There was nothing even at the bar I wanted a cocktail but the one I wanted was sin alcohol so I ask at the bar staff I could I have rum in and they done that no problem

The food was excellent Entertainment was great and The hotel was beautiful

We used the spa, thought it could be a little more luxurious (against other hotels) but it was lovely Road a little noisy on the side we stayed on

Nice hotel but music playing very loud till midnight or later

The room was spacious and clean. I liked the balcony and that there was a clothesline to dry clothes. Close to the beach and bus stop. The food was very good and lots of choices and variety.

VERY VERY Noisy. Also, the room was very hot and had no air conditioning. The front desk said they could not turn it on because of the law but the rest of the hotel felt cool but my room was extremely hot. To cool the room off I had to leave the door open but the music playing outside was SO loud until after midnight made it hard to get a night's sleep. No coffee in the room. And 20E to rent a tea kettle. The coffee machines in the restaurant did not work very well either.

We have stayed many times and are never disappointed.

The grass around the lovely pool area needs a lot of attention. Mainly weeds. The coffee at breakfast is not very good.

In the 2 weeks I stayed at the hotel it met all my expectations.

Good position, good size rooms, plenty of choice at food times, modern looking, plenty of car parking,lots of sun beds and decent size pool.

Gym needs an upgrade. The equipment is very old.

Lovely short break.

The old Arabic building was very beautiful. Large room with lovely view. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Good choice at breakfast.

The coffee at breakfast was horrible, even though there was choices of machines. Some were broken. Having to wear a hat in the spa. This must be a hotel rule as we have been to many spas both in Spain and other countries where it is not compulsory. This stopped us from using it.

Clean, big nice staff and food

Nice staff really nice in front desk, also sweets and apples on the front desk a nice touch.

Nothing it’s very clean chilled out nice bar area looking out, pools not super big and grass surrounding but it’s fantastic value for money.

Beautiful clean hotel, very reasonable, slightly out the way.

Gorgeous rooms in lovely buildings. Large pool area with plenty of beds, pool bar fairly reasonable, breakfast was fantastic. Lovely reception with welcome drink and sweets.

I did request an extra fridge in the room and was told no. We stayed in a 'Double Club Palace' room which was gorgeous, however I was not aware until we got to the room that the 'living area' shown in photos was shared with another room!

The bedrooms and the swimming pool. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast food was a bit bland. There was a great choice but not the tastiest. The best part of it was the Cava.

Wonderful

Very helpful staff, lovely food and dining room, whole of the hotel was very clean, lovely gardens and garden furniture. Will definitely visit again. One of the nicest we've stayed in.

It was a bit far from the main area of Mojacar to walk (approx 2 miles)- although it was on the bus route. It was okay for visiting Garrucha though - (approx half a mile).

A peaceful and relaxing place for a short break.

It's a lovely hotel with places to lounge inside and outside and the location is very peaceful. The spa is great, lots of time to enjoy the saunas and thermal waters in the time allocated.

The only small thing is that the shower in the bathroom wasn't great although the water was hot so not a big problem.

Great stay sadly buffet both breakfast and dinner were a let down.

Adults only, quiet relaxed hotel and location. Very reasonable priced drinks, great lounges and terraces. Plenty of sun beds.

Half board, the food, more often than not, the hot buffet food was lukewarm or cold.
